Today there are so many ways a customer could place an order with a restaurant. For a start, Uber eats, Menulog, Doordash, Deliveroo to name a few and that is no short of the number of online learning platforms.
There are already too many and the number is only set to increase in the coming days given the attractiveness of the business model. But the key differentiating factor between a third-party ordering platform and your own ordering system is that, a platform always exists to satisfy it's customers.
For example Uber eats will spend millions in acquiring new customers and would spend even more on retaining them, such that they continue to place orders via. the platform.
