Will you promote the app?
No. This of your app like your phone. We provide the service like your telecom provider. You can promote your app on social media and to your walk-in customers.
What payment gateway is used?
We use Stripe which is one of the most secure payment gateway available today.
How are credit card payments processed?
We setup dedicated Stripe account for you and your payments are directly credited to that account. We do not have access to your funds. The funds will be credited to your bank on a 2-day rolling basis.
How can I update my menu and other store information?
Restoplus is a self-service model, you can manage all store info in the backend using the login details we provide you.
Where are the customer data stored?
All the data is stored in Google Servers. We use Google Cloud Platform for all our compute and storage needs. So your data is always safe and secure.
